Preheat your grill to medium/high heat.

Carefully cut a line through the shell evenly.

Place your tails shell down and baste the meat with olive oil.

Grill for 5-minutes and then flip meat-side down and grill for another 5-minutes.

Remove tails once the meat becomes an opaque color.  Enjoy!
