Warm Water Lobster Tails

Warm-water lobster tails taste just as sweet as the cold-water tails.  These tails soak in flavors and seasonings for a wise recipe choice.  Caught in Columbia, Honduras, Brazil or surrounding Caribbean waters, our spiny or rock lobsters taste fresh.  Since warm-water lobsters have meat found only in their tails, we size modest 3 oz. sizes up to 16 oz. behemoth sizes!  Grill these meaty lobsters for a succulent buttery entrée or surf & turf. Rock Lobsters feast on clams, snails, mussels, sea urchins and small fish.  This diet gives these tails an abundant amount of protein.  In fact, a six-ounce lobster portion contains 28 grams of protein.  Eat fresh and smart!
